Karen is a Principal Management Consultant, specializing in supporting health tech companies define their opportunities in healthcare markets and act on them. She has developed subject matter expertise at the intersection patient engagement, fintech and payment processing in the ever growing and fast moving patient payment responsibility lane.

With over 25 years of cross-functional executive roles,  she is a consultant through experience bringing real world management and leadership to your challenges.  Her value add to your organization is a C-suite perspective, understanding how to operationalize strategy for scale and growth.   She has led and contributed to profitable businesses in healthcare, technology, consulting, and media. A compelling communicator  known for her ability to quickly formulate and deliver value for clients, she enjoys solving complex challenges with creative solutions and hands-on leadership.

Growing up on the shores of Lake Erie,  she migrated to the greatest of lakes and mountains calling Burlington, Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains home.  For kicks she turns to the outdoors- skiing, sailing, paddling, cycling, gardening and occasionally  putting a brush to canvas to create a little more beauty in the world.
